不同类型非药物干预延缓老年认知衰退的核心统一神经标志物挖掘及其因果验证

Abstract

针对人口老龄化背景下老年认知衰退及相关神经退行性疾病防治的重大公共卫生需求,本研究聚焦非药物干预这一具有广阔应用前景的干预策略,旨在探究其延缓老年认知衰退的核心统一神经标志物并进行因果验证。拟开展三项研究:研究一基于不同类型多模态干预数据,创新性地提出“共性脑网络”理论假说,以此为基础从功能梯度、时间尺度、脑不对称性等多维度挖掘并解析不同类型非药物干预的统一神经标志物。研究二和三通过重复经颅磁刺激靶向调控研究一所发现的核心脑网络,结合任务态功能磁共振和行为实验,完成“健康老化-病理性老化”的双重验证机制,实现“机制探究-因果验证”的完整研究闭环。预期成果将揭示跨干预类型的大脑神经可塑性共性规律,为老年人群制定基于核心统一神经标志物的精准干预策略提供原创性理论依据。研究成果对提升我国老年健康管理水平、降低痴呆等疾病负担具有重要科学价值,符合“积极应对人口老龄化”、“健康中国2030”等战略需求。
